quran 5-44, not ruled by Democracy are kafiroon and munafequn

(quran-5:44)

"Verily, We did send down the Taurat (Torah) [ to Musa (Moses)], therein was guidance and light, by which the prophets, who submitted themselves to Allah's Will, judged for the jews. And the rabbis and the priests[ too judged for the jews by the Taurat (torah) after those Prophets], for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's Book, and they were witnesses thereto. Therefore fear not men but fear Me ( O Jews) and sell not My Verses for a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun ( i.e. disbelievers ---- as they do not act on Allah's Laws)"

in this guidance, Allaah as given a live example, why jews are been define as kafir,

(1)-they are followers of prophet

(2)-they are the followers of Allaah-book

(3)-they always struggle to follow the prophet, Allaah, book, 

(4)-and the rulers who rule by book-prophet, 

then also Allaah stated them as kafir, 

why, 

just because of one reason, when there is clear guidance, then also they used to listen to their elder, pios people, authority people, instead of the book-prophet-Allaah, and they used to do with the same reason, which in most of the muslim country it is happening, with the fear of men, fear of men means majority of munafeeq dont like this, so Allaah words are more than the majority of men, and the people who are called themselves sheikh, ustad, muhaddith, they sell the ayat of quraan for miserable price, the exact things what happen in most of the muslim country, the authority person, purchase the ulema and sheikh for their marketing.....................

so if the same thing done by muslim, why all munafeeq start doing advertisement, that they are muslim, and they are on right path, 

our beloved sahabah has given their life for restoration of khilafat-nabbuwa for same reason, 

so we need to start making duaa, oh Allaah guide us to path of khilafat, 

give us ability and technique and smart thinking, to start practising practical islam, 

oh Allaah pls make us to walk on the path of practical islam, ameen,ameen, ameen,

practical guide:

so how to do this when u r surrounded by munafequn and kafir, 

(1) if u r alone, then starting thinking that u r jamaah and start doing the things like u r a system

(2) if u r more than 2 then start working like jamaah, 

khalifah-omar said, no islam without jamaah,  jamaah is islam, amir is jamaah, emaraat is amir, bayt is emaraat, 

so start with bayt, form amir, start shoura, start working on emaraat, this will lead to khilafat, 

Prophet Muhammad pbuh said “Behold, the khalifah is but a shield, from behind which the people fight and by which they protect themselves.” Sahih Muslim.
